ASAP Capital arranges property development finance. To do that we collect what a lender needs to assess a deal: your contact details, the entity that will borrow, the site, the numbers, and the documents you give us.

What we collect

Contact details you type into the check-in form
Deal details: site, funding amount, feasibility figures, timing
Documents you upload (feasibility, contracts, valuations, identification when requested)
Where you came from: the page you landed on, campaign tags in the link, and a first-party cookie so we do not ask you the same questions twice. No third-party tracking pixels are used on this site.

How we use it

To assess and structure your deal, and to present it to lenders on our panel with your consent
To verify identity and meet anti-money-laundering obligations when a deal proceeds
To contact you about the deal you sent us

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for marketing unless you tick the box that asks.

Who sees it

Sam Gardiner and the ASAP Capital back office. Lenders you agree to approach. Our licensee, BWM Licensees Pty Ltd (trading as TSC Mortgage Brokers). Service providers who host and secure our systems (Cloudflare, in Australian and global regions) under contract.

Credit reporting

If you consent to a credit check we obtain your credit report from a credit reporting body. Our credit guide explains this in detail. We will tell you before any check is run.

Access, correction, retention

Email hello@asapcapital.com.au to see or correct what we hold. Deal files are kept for seven years after the last activity as required by our licence, then deleted.
